Cuverville Island
After our overnight trip from Deception Island, we awoke at Cuverville Island. During our trip we saw four different kinds of penguins. Cuverville was home to a colony of a type we hadn't seen before, Gentoo penguins. We are now nearly 64 degrees south and the elusive conquest of the Antarctic Circle looms bearer every day.
