Photoshop World 2011.09
In September 2011, I spent a week in Vegas at "Photoshop World," together with 6,000 of my closest friends. Well, actually with two of my closest friends and 5,998 acquaintences.
If you're into photography and use Photoshop - it's a great conference. If you haven't unloaded the pictures from your camera since last Christmas, well not so much.
While I was there, I had three occasions to "shoot the strip," twice at night and once in daylight. These are all photos through my lens, literally through the lens of my camera, and figuratively through the lens of what I find interesting. Check 'em out.
About 70% of the photos use High Dynamic Range (HDR) processing combining 3 to 7 originals into a single image. The rest originate from a single image. I don't like the grungy HDR look, so I try pretty hard to keep them realistic.
